My first ever CATCH AND COOK episode! Very exciting stuff, because not only did the Thai Inspired Battered Barramundi taste amazing, but I also caught my biggest Barra ever on the day. I let the big girl go of course and we cooked up another fish that my mate Ash caught.
Thai Battered Barra – Batter Recipe
Ingredients
- Four
- Chilli
- Garlic
- Coriander
- Salt & Pepper
- Fresh Kaffir Lime leaves
This is a recipe I made up as I went, but crikey it tastes good! It’s pretty much the only batter I make now when I want to cook fish.
