Well, this would have to be one of my favourite places on the planet.

Wiyibi Fishing and Wilderness Lodge, located on North Island in the Pellew Group of Islands in the Gulf of Carpentaria. I spent 2 nights there with a group of mates and had an awesome time. Even if we didn’t do a lot of fishing. It’s an amazing spot with some spectacular sunsets.

I have actually known Brett (who runs the show out there at Wiyibi Lodge) for about 5 or 6 years. He is a good mate of mine and we have a heap of fun. He is a bit of a larrikin and a legend of a bloke.
